Dartmouth SYNERGY has created this website to provide information and resources for health care professionals, researchers, community members, and other interested parties. The information on the SYNERGY website is managed and coordinated in partnership with the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Public Affairs & Marketing Department, in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Dartmouth SYNERGY respects your privacy. Any information you provide on this website in the form of email, feedback forms, survey answers, or personal data will be used only by Dartmouth College or Dartmouth-Hitchcock.
