Internal Funding

CTSA Multi-Institutional Pilot Awards (CORES Pilot Awards)

The goal of the Multi-Institutional Pilot Award Program is to promote multi‐institutional collaboration across the CTSA consortium by funding innovative, translational science projects that involve two or more of the participating institutions in the Consortium of Rural States (CORES). RFAs are released on an annual basis. The researchers from each participating institution on an awarded project will receive up to $25,000 to support their work. Dartmouth Cancer Center

As one of only 53 National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers, the Dartmouth Cancer Center has multiple locations throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. Cancer Center members receive research funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), NCI, and other grants and contracts. New awards received are reported monthly.

Levy Incubator

The Levy Incubator is a joint venture between The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice (TDI) and Dartmouth Health to support the development of innovative healthcare delivery solutions.  The Incubator’s primary goal is to provide rapidscalable, and transformational redesign of healthcare services.

Hitchcock Foundation

The Hitchcock Foundation funds research grants to address any of the broad areas of biomedical research, including basic, translational, clinical, and/or population-based studies. Persons with a formal affiliation with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center or Dartmouth College are eligible.

Medical students at the Geisel School of Medicine and Dartmouth College graduate students may apply for the Student Research Award.

The Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship

The Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship serves Dartmouth students, faculty and alumni along the path from entrepreneurial thinking to entrepreneurial doing. The center provides co-curricular education and experiences, funding opportunities, and connection to their world class Alumni network.

Digital Health Accelerator

The Dartmouth Innovation Accelerator for Digital Health is a joint effort between the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship and the Center for Technology and Behavioral Health (CTBH) that provides innovators across Dartmouth with the support, entrepreneurial guidance, and infrastructure needed to translate their science-based digital therapeutics and digital health tools into the marketplace.
