The Trial Innovation Network (TIN) is a national collaborative funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and consisting of the hubs of the national CTSA Consortium, the three Trial Innovation Centers (TICs), and a Recruitment Innovation Center (RIC). The mission of the TIN is to support the development and conduct of multi-site clinical trials at CTSA institutions. The TIN focuses on operational innovation, excellence, and collaboration. To facilitate the quality and success of multi-site trials, the TIN offers investigators the opportunity to request a consultation or access specific resources for study conduct, whether funded or in the planning stages.
Requests for TIN consultations or services must first be reviewed and approved by the investigator’s sponsoring CTSA before they are submitted to the TIN. Investigators will hear from the TIN within five days, at which time an initial phone call is scheduled. View the proposal process here.
